Seventh Chinese bank set to open in Luxembourg

The board of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank has decided to establish a European head office and branch in Luxembourg, the seventh Chinese bank to open for business in the country. Another institution, China Everbright Bank, has also begun talks about opening a Luxembourg branch and a European office.
