Luxembourg's Government debt to GDP ratio second-lowest in EU

Luxembourg's government debt to GDP ratio was 22.0% at the end of the second quarter, the second-lowest rate in the EU after Estonia. The average debt to GDP ratio was 84.3% across the EU as a whole.
