Luxembourg celebrates international Yoga day

INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA LUXEMBOURG - JUNE 26th 2016

Yoga Family Luxembourg in collaboration with Lycee Michel Rodange cordially invite you to the International Yoga Day celebration for the well-being of all.

09:00 – 10:00 hr Inaugural address, universal yoga practices and warm up including Sun salutation (Surya Namaskar) Forum Auditorium*
10:00 - 11:00 hr

Individual Yoga teacher sessions

  • different yoga disciplines
  • in separate allocated rooms/spaces
  • in Luxembourgish, French, German, English
  • children and family sessions also included
Open area, concrete flooring*, school hall – Please follow signs
11:00 – 12:00 hr Common yoga practice including group mandala and Om chanting Open area, concrete flooring*
12:00 – 12:15 hr Concluding remarks, vote of thanks Open area, concrete flooring*
12:15 – 13:45 hr Vegetarian homemade lunch plate (without onion and garlic) @ €10 (includes one bottle of water) Inside building

*covered adjacent building in case of rain

To bring: Yoga Mat or towel necessarily as concrete flooring, wear comfortable clothes

Additional information:

  • Please bring some water
  • Toilet facilities inside main school building
  • Registration for this year and continuity for next year will make you possibly eligible for free gift of yoga mat, towel and t-shirt which will be specially made in India and distributed just before next year’s event
  • Lunch menu  (mild to medium, without onion and garlic )
    • Idli & Sambar / Coconut Chutney
    • Dhokla
    • Fried Rice with Vegetables and Raita
    • Lemon Rice
    • Bagala bath (Sambar mixed rice )
    • Gulab jamun (sweet –packaged food, not home-made)
    • The net benefit after meeting the food cost will be donated in equal to Indian Stand of International Charity Bazar and Life Project 4 Youth Luxembourg, www.lp4y.org
