Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has been ranked the world's 9th information society
Grand Duchy world's 9th information society. Luxembourg has been ranked ninth by the International Telecommunications Union in its 2013 Measuring the Information Society report, which tracks countries developments in the IT and communications sector as well as the cost and affordability of services. It is rated second worldwide for access, behind Hong Kong.
